Happy 1st Birthday Lola Foofy Tail

I have decided to make today Lola's first birthday (Two years ago today Damita died - and Lola reminds me of her in so many good ways ). Happy birthday my love, a part of me hopes we never celebrate your birthday together again (I hope she gets adopted someday!) but a part of me never wants to let you go.

She looks a little bit stoned as we are still adjusting her Phenobarbitol dosage to control seizures but keep it as low as possible, also.

Oh my goodness. I've had an emotional connection to Lola just on looks, but I just spent the last 15 minutes reading all 5 pages of her thread "Get out the Kleenex", which I never knew about before. Now that I know her story, I want her even more. What's stopping me is money. I have so little of it. Otherwise she'd be here already. If Lola was dilute, she would look a lot like my first family cat, Ashlie (Maybe that was the initial trigger for me?) I hope someone out there has a connection to Lola that they "just can't explain in words" similar to what I feel, in addition to excellent means to give her the best care, which I don't have.
