The two lightest colored kittens Sari and Kaico have both opened there eyes. The two boys and the smallest female don't appear to have started yet. They are all very very fluffy. I wouldn't be surprised if they had medium or long hair. They are crawling alot better and respond to being held by quieting right down. 3 of the 5 really love being petted the other two don't seem to care yet. Suuri is sucha good mommy. I still feel bad that she has to remain in our bedroom most the day. At what age would be appropriate to start letting my friendly neutered male Kodiak in the room? He has never tried to hurt them but really wants to play with them they are just too young yet for that...does anyone have any ideas of when they should be old enough to play a little?

They're getting cuter by the day!

Does Suuri like other kitty visitors? If she's okay with Kodiac, you can start bringing him in for a few minutes when you're there to supervise. To play, it'll probably be at least a month until they'll actually be able to play, and even then you'll want to watch to make sure nobody gets hurt by accident

Eee, I LOVE the spotty one. Darn you for being so close to me, too.....the temptation!

I don't think they'll be longhairs. I raised an orphan litter last year, the only female was longhaired and it was really obvious even when they were tiny. The spotty one might have longer hair than the others but even shorthaired kittens are fairly fluffy. They lose their baby hair when they're older and then they don't look quite so poofy. It'll be easier to tell in a couple of weeks.

She likes him visiting. Ill absolutely have to supervise though because he's the one i found "playing" with the kitten. He wasn't being rough but just acted like it was a mouse maybe...he's very interested in them, especially when they are crying he will sit outside the door and cry to get in. I'm just afraid his intentions are to be rough with them
Poor Kodi feels like he's beiing excluded!

We will have to see once they start growing into themselves. This is my first REAL experience with kittens this little. everything is a learning experience for me. Sari is the spotted one and she's the only one already spoken for lol first day i posted pictures on my facebook someone wanted her. I still have 4 to find homes for. well...Kaico will probably end up going to my parents farm as she's my favorite and would really like to keep her somewhere i could see her. I can't wait to see what they will all look like once they are bigger and have their true markings. I think they are all going to be stunning. two of the blacks have hints of stripes. would be really cool if they were grey tabbys

They're so cute and healthy looking.
I see lots of curious adult animals in the background
I don't have advice on them

Great pics

O yes we have lots of curious kritters...we have 2 husky pups about 7mo old a mutt about 2yr and three adult cats...along with the 5 kittens. Momma and the babys are techincally fosters. We aren't sure if we will keep her permenately or a kitten. We will see. She still is pretty shy around people and our other pets. I think she would do better in a one animal home with lots of one on one attention. She does have an amazing personality, but we have a quite busy household.

Those two seem to be everyones favorites. They are the only two that already have homes. A long time friend is take Sari the white female and my parents are taking Kaico because my little sister fell in love with her the first time she saw her. She's 3 and how do you tell a 3 yr old no? haha...My parents weren't so thrilled but anything for there baby
I'm excited she will have a kitty. Especially one of these....The other three need homes or will be going up for adoption after 12 weeks. We may keep the first born male Eclipse if we do not keep there mother.

There have already been a few people that have called about momma interested in possibly adpoting her after her kittens are weaned. Have one potential coming to see her next week. I guess alot depends on whether we find her a nice cozy home.

Poor little guy
My kitty is always so offended when we have fosters and we play with them instead of her...in a couple weeks when he finds outthat they're other cats it may be better for him

I did PM you KittyKatPak....

The kittens are growing every day! as of last night they have outgrown their kennel. They are always crawling out of it and momma seems ok with it. She's been nursing them out in the middle of my room. Mind you the door remains shut and only Nahla is allowed in there with them. But it's so precious them all piled in the center of my room
I'll have to take a picture!
