Cat Sitter DVDs

I tried one of these before (probably before we got Autumn even) and the cats did not have much interest and I gave it away, but there was a clip on a website I was just reading and Quincy and Autumn went crazy for it

Does anyone have them, and do your cats enjoy them? I don't know if they are worth buying since it was just a 1min clip of it and they seem to be hard to find cheaply in Canada, its not even on amazon.ca

I have a couple - sometimes I find the pictures and new-agey music soothing myself! My girl loves them - I have an old-fashioned Sony Wega, and she'll hop on top and try to get at the butterflies, fish, etc. My boy, not so much.

Mine love theirs, especially Jack!.

The secret is to turn up the volume a bit louder because it's the sounds that catch their attention first

I don't have the cat sitter ones because I couldn't find them around here, but we do have the CatDVD from this website: www.catdvd.com. Belle and Delilah quite like it and get excited for it whenever I go near the dvd player on "their" TV. They really only have extended interest in the squirrel chapter...and now that it's spring, they'd rather be watching the real squirrels. It's great in the winter, or if you don't have a good view....or if your cats like birds, etc too.

OH, and take a look at PetSmart for the Cat Sitter DVDs...just after I ordered the CatDVD, I found the Cat Sitter ones at the Petsmart. They were in an odd place (at that time, in the very back aisle where all the cheap canned food was), so I'm not sure if there were there all along or if they had just got in.

Gracie was utterly fascinated by the Life series on Discovery channel, especially the section on birds. Wish I had a DVR for it.
