Cat Spaying and Neutering Statistics

Hello,
As you may know from my previous post I am preparing for a legal case.
What I need is a good informational source that I can quote in court as to the effects of spaying/neutering cats.
I have read in many places that the chances of a cat spraying after the surgery is between 5 and 10 %.
Can anyone suggest a source that I can quote, such as a government website, or well known society or perhaps a research/university institution.
I've searched for hours on the net without luck, so if anyone can give me specific advice I would be most grateful.

http://www.vetmed.ucdavis.edu/CCAB/catspraying.html - about 1/3 down has some statistics on altered cats spraying. UCD is a well respected vet school.

http://www.ivis.org/advances/Behavio...eksel/IVIS.pdf - has some statistics on altered cats spraying as well. It also has a little table that gives location of the urine if the cat did spray vs. urinate that might help you in your case. Common sense stuff you would think, but I'm not a lawyer.

Good luck to you.
