Websites about fish not good for kitties?

I'm trying to convince my dear boyfriend why fish is not ideal for our male kitty. I've at least convinced him enough not to feed the human canned tuna anymore to our little guy, but I am not yet able to convince him that we should not really be feeding our guy any foods with fish in them. Our kitty has no health issues at the moment and I would like to keep it that way.

He is a man of proof. Does anyone have any links handy as to why fish is generally not a good idea, especially for male kitties. That way I can show him the sites and he won't think I'm being silly.

Also, on a side note, are there any types of fish or brands of cat food with fish in them that would be acceptable?

Check the magnesium and total ash.. some fish based wets are within UTI guidelines..

What about foods that contain crab or shrimp? Technically they are not a fish, but do come from the sea. Should I avoid these as well or are they safe to give?

most cats do well and like shrimp... though the imbalance of nutrients for UTI issues is worse in crustaceans over fish
