Well Sicy, this is a long ago comment you posted, but if you were to quit smoking, I think you would gain about 20 lbs from eating sweets LOL! After I finally quit smoking, my body went into shock and I started eating shortbread cookies, I quickly gained 20 lbs within two years. This was something that I used to ask for also since I didn't have 'hips' per se at a size four to a not telling you what size I am now. Over the 8 years now including pregnancy, I've gained about 30 lbs, I would like to lose 30 lbs but safely without taking any products, for some reason, taking pills and other stuff doesn't sit well with me and makes me really sick. And I've tried the SlimFast shakes, I'm off those, they didn't help, they actually added five more pounds which I've lost since I quit drinking those. I only drank one per day for breakfast! Just have to exercise which I wish my hubby would support me by watching my son for at least an hour while I'm at the gym LOL!!! Still working on that with him He's not into changing poopy diapers LOL!
