Well, besides cats....I love terra cotta pots. In fact I just got home from the produce market where I was looking over the new selection.

I don't know why I love them so much. I once bought 150 small used pots for 10.00. I still have them in the garden shed. Sometimes my grandkids come over and ask to "paint some pots". So we get a few out and have some fun.

I also made a couple of bird feeders from pots.

Here... or There... Hmmm
I collect cat stuff of course!
But besides that I seem to like crafty stuff, crayons, markers, scissors, stamps, etc. DH seems to collect flash lights, calculators, and temperature gauges (I know the temp of every room of the house including the bathroom at any given moment and we even used to know the temp in the fridge too, with an additional device!
)

I collect clowns but recently have stopped since I just had to many what with people giving them as gifts over the years. I right now have been collecting cat figurines from one particular artist, they are really pretty and some have a Holiday theme. I've posted a few of them in the past.

I collect decorating magazines and catalogs. I keep the collection small and fresh and manageable, meaning the older stuff gets pushed out as newer stuff comes in. This prevents the collection from swelling to a 10 ton nightmare.

If actual decor is a hobby, it can easily drain your bank account
So, reading magazines is a cheap alternative or should I say consolation

That's why you need to do someone else's home and drain their bank account.

Any decorating ideas as to how one can work around/with a orange brick (as in common orange bricks used on homes) glazed fireplace? It takes up one of my den walls and for the life of me I can't think of what to do with orange unless I want to go retro...

I collect a few things. My Little Ponys - though moderately, music, craft supplies that I never really use much of, fabric - especially cat fabric (don't touch the cute stuff!). It seems I collect computers/computer parts, too...

You can count me in on this one too!
I also seem to collect clothes that I never wear.. but I don't have anything to wear!
I'd love to collect lots of things, but money doesn't grow in trees so I have to keep it under control... Some dragon decor stuff has found it's way here, and unicorns are trying to do the same.. I'm helpless.
I propably don't even need to mention the cats.

^ I can cheat on dragon stuff, if I wish. But that would mean I'd have to use some of my art and craft supplies. I have a large dragon picture I need to fix and put back up - I accidentally knocked it off the wall with the broom.

I collect everything and anything cat-related. Cat pictures, knick-knacks, lamps, towels, sheets, blankets, salt and pepper shakers, underwear...I should stop there...
