If possible could you all please please please send good luck house buying vibes our way!!!! We went a looked at a house/garage property yesterday that has been on the market for 3 yrs now with no interested buyers.....Good news we thought and since we liked it and the business partner liked it we thought we were in business to buy it!! GO FIGURE we find out last night that someone else is going to put a bid in on it tomorrow so we are putting ours in today!!!! Please please please send us house buying vibes becasue this place is PERFECT!!! Its exactly what we have been looking for.....And if at all possible please send low bid vibes to the other bidder!!!! We really want this house bad so hopefully this works along with all humans having fingers, toes, arms, legs and eyeballs crossed beyond belief that we get the house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *ugh Im so nervous waiting to hear from the realtors*

LOL I appreciate the good luck vibes....We are mostly just hoping that the other bidder goes too low. They are asking 120K for it and we are putting our bid in at 110-115K because of the electrical work in the house and then the windows need all replaced in the garage and office and the inground lift needs ripped out and refilled in with dirt and cement...So hopefully fingers crossed the other bidder goes too low. We figure that this house is so perfect for us and what we want that we would rather pay extra rather than bidding low and trying to negotiate especially with another bidder involved. We know from the realtor that the estate wants to move this property and get it done and sold. We are just hoping that all goes in our favor!!! Hopefully!! I already had it all mentally planned out and decorated!!


We also have a friend doing covert operations on our part to find out if its his cousin bidding to find out if it is him bidding what he is bidding so we can beat it hopefully!!!!!
I need something mindless to do right now because Im a nervous wreck. This waiting game is horrible especially for someone with no patience whatsoever!

Thats what I thought about the TCS vibes!! I told BF I was posting a thread on here asking forr vibes and hes looked at me like I grew wings and horns and was a flying monkey! I explained them to him and then he was like "ohhhh ok crazy cat lady get your vibes!! We need them bad!" So they have to be super duper amazing vibes to have BF agreeing to ask for them..

We found out who the other person is. Its someone who is actually a friend of BFs and wayy back in Oct or Nov he was going to buy the house but didnt because he bought a property out in Denver where he lives. But now supposidly he is "closing" on it tomorrow. We have our offer in and are still hoping we are accepted because this guys story is shady and we think he is saying he is closing on it to keep us from offering on it. But who knows I guess we will find out. I am disappointed though becasue it seems like whenever something happens that could get Bf out from under his dads thumb and out on his own finally it just doesnt go right. Atleast BF and his step brother have been running other options in case it doesnt work out and since that was the only property commercial and residential in the area that was exactly what we needed and wanted we decided that what we will end up doing is buying land and building our own place. I guess Ill just have to play the waiting game and find out but I just dont like it. Ugh I despise waiting with a passion......I wish they could just tell us what is going on now.

Well we are still waiting to hear back. Its a pain because knowing the other person bidding makes me want to beat him up and yell at him. Lol he doesn't even live in pa so why does he need property 3/4 across the country from where he lives. Argh its a pain but we are hoping that our bid is higher than his and that all these TCS mega vibes are helping. Worst case scenario is we don't get it and just end up building our own place exactly the way we want it. But I still love love love that house. As soon as I hear something ill let you all know and it will either be awesome news or sad sad sad.

We didnt get the house. We were outbid by 2500....Pretty depressing being such a small amount. I guess we are on to back up plans B and C. B isnt a horrible house its just in the part of town we dont want to live. C is a lot more money and we would have to remodel it to add an apt onto the building because we are adament that we have a house/garage for working especially since BF has a tendancy to work late at night on pet projects like the race car. Atleast with plan B we know the house wont get taken right out from under our nose by a boogerhead who doesnt even live in this state!!!! Geez he doesnt even live on the east coast he lives in Colorado!! Flipping jerk!!! (yup still bitter and heart broken..kinda hard to not feel sad about losing the perfect house)
