In the "How do I get points?" section it says that everyone gets 500 bonus points on their birthday. I was just wondering. I could use the points so that I might buy a gift for someone who is particularly helpful, particularly bummed out, particularly nice, etc.

The post is originally dated June 2005 so it could be a thing of the past. BR

Wow I never noticed that before

The post is from 2008, the member joined in 2005. It says everyone so you should as long as your birthday is listed on TCS (you include it in your profile)

You have some points now so have fun spending

Oops. Just woke up and hadn't had my coffee yet. Iris wanted her breakfast and then lots of attention.

OOoohh! You have an Iris. I have an Iris, too. She's a brown patched tabby. Her mother, Goldy, sounds a lot like your Iris (golden-color red tabby, doesn't like to be held, etc.).

I just checked my history and I got gift from several TCS members but no extra points on my birthday.

The points members get each week for being paid members don't show in history so I dont think birthday points will either

A while back there was a problem with paid members not getting their weekly points. I haven't been paying attention lately so don't know if that was ever fixed.
