Promotion Announcement

My boss sent out an email to the team announcing my promotion today and I had to share it with you guys because it completely cracked me up!

"Team,



I would like to communicate to all of you that one of our team members who has been with the team for years has now been successful in obtaining an Asset Coordinator position and will be leaving the team in April. The official announcement will be released today to the Centre, but I wanted to share this news with you:



Kailie T. – Kailie has served numerous roles while on Team Boudreau, first with the Dow Dispatch Team and second with the Eli Lilly support team. She served with distinction and success in both of these positions and also actively contributed to the R&R committee and has been involved with day of sharing and community events. She has also earned the title of “Crazy Cat Ladyâ€, perhaps well before the age it is appropriate! Kailie has been with the team since we began in 2006 and while she will only be a short distance away I will miss her tremendously. Please join me in congratulating Kailie on her new position!



I would like to congratulate Kailie on her successful bid for this position. While I am very happy for her, I will miss her and the unique contributions she has brought to the teamâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s success and well being. Best of luck to you!

Congrats!!! I hoping there will be an opening in the student loan section of Xerox soon. I have been trying forever to get a promotion at ACS and now that we are a Xerox Company, maybe there will be soon.

Years ago, when I was a zoning officer, I was known for having cats (and for driving my PT). My office was (and still is) decorated in cat stuff, so when people would come in for zoning permits and such, I guess it made an impression.

People would call the Borough and say, "I need to talk to the zoning officer. I don't remember her name, but she's a cat lady. And she drives a red PT Cruiser. What's her name?"

Gotta love those Crazy Cat People!

Thank you SO much everyone! The good news is I am already friends with a lot of the people on this new team. They are a bunch of wonderful people, so much more mature and positive than my old team. Most of them know I'm a crazy cat lady, but those who don't will soon find out.

Some people started to call me the crazy cat lady at work, but another lady holds the title with her 17 permanent cats and all the fosters and kitties she feeds outside the company.
