Wow, can you believe it is April tomorrow!?

Nuts!

I am excited, we have Friday off and next weekend we are going to Cuba!! Then when we get back pickin up our new car!

It's going to be a beautiful weekend as well, but I will be studying as my exam is next Friday.

It is my day off and is supposed to be a beautiful day. I have a lot of stuff to do, get a tag for the bike, a mountain of laundry, clean my house. Oh, well, I have tomorrow off, too, I can relax then. Or maybe I will do all that stuff tomorrow and go back to bed for awhile. The kittybelly alarms went off at 4:30 as usual, so I still had to get up. I took dh to work so I could keep the truck, so I guess I really should do the stuff out of the house. I volunteered him for an early trip this morning, so he was a little grumpy at me.

Maybe I will make good use of the truck and find an errand to run out by the beach. There is this great little new bookstore and herb shop that I have been wanting to see, and I DO need some massage oil. Hmmmmm.....decisions, decisions.

Morning!

We are to finally see some sun, but it's still quite gusty outside with that darn wind. A beautiful weekend is still in the forecast, so I'm happy.

The library called to tell me that my book has come in (Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter), so I'll go over there at lunch. I need to hit the farmers market, too, for produce. A co-worker and I will visit a local nursery; he's looking for a coral cactus....I'm trying to find a night-blooming jasmine, although I think it's still too early in the spring for a jasmine yet. I think we need a 2-hour lunch period today.

One more day of work, then a 3-day weekend. Life is good!

Morning all!

I am super happy and excited today. The announcement is finially going out here at work about my promotion! I have had to keep quiet about it for the last 3 weeks and i have been ready to burst.

I can't wait to jump in and get started!

It's payday today too thank god.

I have some running around to do after work but home to get SOME relaxing in at some point. Enjoy your day everyone.

I'm back at work today. I'll be working ~ 8 hours and then head to the gym afterward. Probably just a little TV or some time on the computer at home tonight.

Good Morning! Yesterday I watched 4 episodes of The Mentalist online. I am watching the last one for this season now. This is totally addicting.

Just doing some laundry today and cleaning up for the weekend. Tomorrow DH & I are spending tomorrow night away for our 4 year anniversary. I can't wait for a good night's sleep

Saturday is Jr's birthday party. We are having immediate family only. Lots to do before then. DH will be BBQing pulled pork and some other meat. He is so excited.

It's going to be really nice here today. Too bad I have to work. The good thing is, I get a mandatory raise today. Minimum wage goes up to $10.25. It's getting closer to what I used to make before. Unfortunately, I can already see the prices rising on things.

I have a 4 day weekend this weekend. Just have to get through today and tomorrow.

Afternoon everyone,
Today has been ok so far. I woke up this morning and went to class for a while to take a test. After that I was supposed to go to clinicals at the hospital from 2-11. That didn't happen though. My clinical director just happened to walk into the room I was in and took one look at me and said, " Go home now; you look horrible!" I was SOOO relieved too! I've been having chest pain since last night (have some heart issues) so I was relieved he gave me the all clear to take the rest of the day off. I feel aweful at the moment! I called my cardiologist's office, so I'm waiting to hear back.

When I was leaving school, my best friend called me, so we decided to grab some Bubble Tea and then she came over to see my new apartment for a while. Even though I feel crappy today, it was great to have a friend over to cheer me up.

Tonight I'm planning to do a little studying/unpacking and then I'm going to go to pick up Hagan from my mom's house (she's been babysitting the furbabies since I've been moving) and move him into the new place with me.

I'm gonna give Hagan a few days to adjust over here at the new place, and then I'm going to get my sweet kitties and bring them to their new home too.

I had a lazyish morning, mainly coz its been crappy weather so i stayed inside in the warmth, but alas i then had to go to work this afternoon which was really quite boring

then tonight all ive done is watch a bit TV

Yes time is flying by! It's my last week that I can say "this time last year you were in my belly."

I sure miss being pregnant but I am too tired to think of having another just yet.
