That was a expresion that I heard!........

I mean in a local radio show where you can listen daily the news, I heard some of this expresions in order of this

http://www.cnn.com/2010/TECH/02/23/f...iref=allsearch

The motive of that expresion was because:

"How CNN being a great way to know all about the news in the world, gives a space to talk about the FARM VILLE!"....those persons thinks that is lose of time....

Believe me still laughthing anytime that I remember this!

What do you think?... is the end of the world?.......

I don't think it's a stupid thread at all! What is news and what isn't? Maybe it was a slow Tech News day at CNN and this was a story they had in their back pocket to pull out. Maybe their wife or kid was either complaining about or talking about how much they love that game. Who knows?

That CNN covered that as a news story doesn't surprise me much. They do air Tweets from their Twitter page from their "fans" as their ticker at the bottom of the screen during at least some of their shows. Most of those have nothing to do with the program or a news story. I suppose they are trying to connect with the generation that communicates with the new social media. To me that's just not professional, but what do I know? I watch Fox News!

It wasn't just CNN that had an article about FarmVille. Among others, the BBC site had Down on the Farmville and Facebook calls for 'iconic games', and Examiner.com had FarmVille game infecting cubicle employees across the world, employers take notice.

The articles were in response to the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco.

I play Mafia Wars and Farmville, but I'm glad I don't have computer access at work, it's about the only place in my life currently where I don't have to touch a keyboard or a mouse except to print off the occasional placard.
