We ordered our new car this weekend!!!

I am so excited!! I never thought I would ever have a new car. I am just beaming!

It's a rainy day here today, heading to work in a bit. Then the gym tonight.

I have leftover butter chicken for lunch

theres nothing finer than the smell of a new car

I think i might book myself a docs appointment for my knees but mainly my hand, i hit the door at work to be let in and now its really hurting when i move my little finger right where the finger connects to the hand area if that makes sense

anyways i got work this afternoon, i got some bills to pay

and im not sure what im doing this evening hmmm

Good morning! Congrats on the new car!!

Just getting ready to go to work. Felling pretty good today! My knee is almost back to normal. I think it's more stiff than sore so I'm still limping and will be taking my cane just in case.

Nothing planned after work other than to fold the laundry I washed yesterday. Might bake something to take to work tomorrow. Probably something easy like homemade seed/nut bars.

Supposed to be 16 Celsius and sunny today! That's almost beach weather here!!!

Good morning

Wishing it wasnt so dreary outside this morning - so hard to get out of bed!! Its supposed to get sunny this afternoon though with highs around 70ºF, my favorite time of year here.

Still in shock over the murder of a high school classmate that happened this weekend, waiting for more of the details to unfold.

Have a dentist appointment at 12:30

Only upside of that is that I get out of work early enough to enjoy the weather if it shapes up!

Hi there everyone!

Congrats on the new car hun, no wonder you're excited!

Not much going on today other than work. I came into work today and a friend of mine found some bargains on shoes over the weekend and bought me 2 pair! I love coming into work on Monday morning to presents!

Also, a woman who works night shifts here makes chocolate lollipops and she made some for me in the form of kitties and said I could sell them to raise money for Ca-r-ma! (Cat Rescue Maritimes.) They all sold literally within 10 minutes.

Morning,

It's a pretty dreary day here as well. It's supposed to clear out later, but it isn't supposed to get all that warm. The rest of the week should be pretty nice though.

I went to our local cat show this weekend. That was really fun. I got to see a lot of breeds that I've never seen except on the pages of Cat Fancy. Today, I'll be working all day. After work or at lunch time, I'm going to go by the gym. After I get home, I'll probably just watch a movie and hang out.

I'm at the university already and I am doing some reading. Well, taking a break now, obviously

The book I'm reading is important to my research but I've been putting off reading it for months now because our library only has it as a e-book and I hate reading off a computer screen.

My neck is sore already and I have to spend all day in front of a computer screen.

It's a dreary Monday here. Bleh..

Did some shopping this morning (I put Mollipop in the computer room while I was gone....it's for her own protection, although she's not happy about being in here while I'm gone). Bought her a little litter box, better than the cardboard boxes she was using. Needed some bitter apple spray as I'm worried about her chewing on the wires. Some more kitten food and some Sip. The whole gang loves their Sip and Miss Pop is no exception.

Hit Bed, Bath, and Beyond for Timothy's Italian Blend K-cups; I love that coffee. And then back home to see how things were. I know it's good to have her get used to me not being here as I have to go back into work tomorrow. Thank goodness, it's just a 3-day week.

Good afternoon!

73 here and sunny, but hazy. Very dry. I keep getting shocked.

I spent this morning at the community college basically figuring out how to go to school again. I got lots of good info, and I should hopefully be able to start this summer as long as I can get into 1 of the 2 law courses being offered this summer. I'm thinking about being a paralegal, or at least trying out some classes to see if i really would enjoy it. I also found out that I could probably get into Cal State Long Beach fairly easily because of my GPA and courses I took when I got my associates degree. I had discounted Cal State because I keep reading articles that the state keeps cutting the budget for education more and more and right now the percentage of applicants they accept is less than some Ivy League schools. Crazy! But I guess being a transfer student would bump me up. Nice to know!

Anyway.. that was a good session. Then I dropped off recycling and went to the Post Office, and now I'm home. Gotta do some Wii Fit. Yoga especially, I need to stretch my back a bit.

Good evening everyone! It was a wet & humid day here. More storms for tomorrow too. DS is dying to go outside. I feel so bad for him. He just cries at the steps while Cello cries at the front door. I thought I was going to go nuts there for awhile.

Monday nights are so blah and fly by. DH usually stops at the grocery b/c it's too crowded on Sundays. By the time he gets home it's dinner time, baby bath time, trash time and then we get 30mins to relax before we start out bed routine.
