Well done. I've had food poisoning before from undercooked meat and now I'm very paranoid about even the slightest bit of pink - besides I don't like the rare taste.
Marinade - occasionally, depends on the quality of the meat. If it's good, it doesn't need it.
I have the chance to eat steak fairly often, but usually prefer chicken.
