Precious, a 8 year old female seems to have UTI. I have read about a homeopathy product. Does anyone know if it will work. Her symptoms are, trying to pee frequently, with little or no results....contstant licking. Otherwise whe is eating loving and playing normally.
Any comments?

My boy had an UTI - first thing you need to do, IMO, is call the vet and get an urgent appointment - today if at all possible - and, after the exam, ask the vet whether there are supplements that can help. Please tell the office you suspect a UTI - you need to get in ASAP.

Please get her into the vet before she blocks - she's already uncomfortable, and even just money-wise, cheaper to get an early diagnosis and treatment, than wait til surgery is required.

Let us know what happens.

Agreed go to the vet...

the Homeopathic s often help to prevent reoccurred but they do not fix an active infection

PS - when I realized my boy's pee habits had changed a bit, he was eating well, playing normally, and wasn't even doing the licking thing - but, turned out he had struvite crystals. I'm just glad I was home that day to notice him having little success in the box.

Early diagnosis and treatment seems to have worked so far (he is on prescription food).
