Dumb Feliway Question

We looked in the literature that came with it, and it seems like we're plugging the Feliway in upside down (because we're awesome). Does the "jar" of liquid go on top or bottom or does it matter?

I'm not sure our plugs will let it go on the bottom like the picture shows in the pamphlet...but we might be able to work something out.

I put the bottle on the bottom, but the top part rotates where the plug is, IIRC.

It's been years since I used one but from what I remember it must go on the bottom.

The bottle has to go on the bottom but the part that actually goes into your outlet rotates. I know this because all my outlets are sideways! Works just fine.

That's not a dumb question., that is an excellent question! If you hadn't asked it I never would have noticed that the plug part on the diffuser rotates to accommodate plugs both ways. That's pretty cool!

That's how mine is, and it works this way.

I think it's part of the whole "heat rises" concept, for the opening to be at the top to let the pheromones rise and float out into the air, since it does heat up a bit and I'm pretty sure the instructions also said to not have anything like furniture right above it. It might work sideways or flipped over but probably not as well.

Thanks guys! I'm going to go home and see if I can rotate the plug portion of it around....
