Awesome, yey!
By the way, I know that you got him to the vet, as he was neutered... Did you address this issue with the vet? When you first got here, you were concerned about him not eating, and how skinny he was...
Was all that addressed? Sorry if I missed it in another thread? Did he get dewormed?
Vaccines? Etc?

Good to hear he's getting more healthier and heavier now. That's just a wonderful improvement.

Charlie has roundworms. Actually he was scheduled for deworming the day he ran away.

Is it okay to give a medication even without Charlie's presence? I called my vet but she was out, her assistant told me that it's possible.

Did the vet diagnose him? meaning, did he get a fecal sample, etc? If so, sure... all you need is the medicine... You can pick it up from the vet's office and give it to Charlie.

Oh yes... Absolutely! See... I have a great relationship with my vet... When I found what I thought to be tapeworm on Hope, I too a poop sample to him in a ziplock bag, he tested and I went home with the meds... Didn't even take her in... Not for that. For more serious things, sure, but for deworming, poop sample in, meds out - of course my vets have their history, weight, etc.
By the way, even Revolution for fleas will take care of it.

No...I don't think Charlie has fleas, I haven't seen one...

Vet already gave medication for Charlie, I think she called it Aristopet, uhmm...how will I know if it is already working?
