itchy kitty

My cat has for a long time will be walking around like normal and then all of the sudden she will lick herself aggressively like she just got an itch (always in different spots). This happens ALOT during the day and I just wanted to get your opinions on why she may be doing this.
She does not have flea's and the vet checked her and said everything looks fine. She does have a little dandruff but always has. Does anyone else's cat do this?

Very infrequently, sure. But it's not an everyday thing. Your kitty could be itchy due to dry skin or could have some sort of allergy to either food or something in the environment.

A simple, harmless, thing you can do is have a humidifier going. It's good for humans and pets in the home if there's heat on in the winter drying out the air.

Talk to your vet again, look into giving your cat a fish oil supplement to help skin and coat. If there's no improvement, consider allergies. If there's anything really obvious, such as certain strong cleaners that you don't rinse the residue off of the surfaces or using a powder carpet deodorizer/perfume I suggest you stop using it.

I found this at Petsmart

It's pretty expensive if I use it everyday. Can I use any kind of fish oil? Maybe I could just buy some at the pharmacy?

O and she gets fed EVO dry and grain free wet food.

Salmon oil is better. The stuff you get at the pharmacy is typically cod - and you must be very careful there are no other additives in it because there can be some that are harmful to cats... and I'd consider questionable for humans, too.
