Where are you? I mean, what country?
I never heard of an injection for earmites? And for fungus? She got fungus where? On her body? Are you talking about ringworm?
If your vet is giving an Injection for ear mites and ringworm, I would run away from that vet as soon as you can!

Injections can be given for both earmites and ringworm.

I have not dealt with either condition, perhaps you need to get a second opinion from another vet if her condition is not improving.

I've never had a cat with a fungal infection in the ears but I have had a dog with it and we gave him Benadryl to relieve the itching. You may want to try that. It is safe to give Benadryl to cats (1/2 25mg pill), I've done it many times. A side effect of Benadryl is drowsiness so it may make your cat a bit tired but that's nothing to worry about.
You can also try OTC anti-itch creams and put them on the inside of the ear (not in the ear). In my experience anti-itch creams do offer some temporary relief. Just make sure that the cream doesn't contain the same ingedient as Benadryl if you are giving her that too.

Earmites is pretty easy and quick to treat but the fungal infection is not and it is very itchy. That's probably what makes your cat scratch so much. Unfortunately it takes time for the fungal infection to get better and she will be a bit itchy until then. How long has she been getting treatment?
If the symptoms doesn't get better after some time I'd definitely go back to the vet and reevaluate what you're doing to see if you should make any changes.
In the meantime I'd try some Benadryl and anti0itch cream to make your cat a bit more comfortable.

It been almost 2 months the symptoms doesn't get better and i've seen 3 diffrents vets.I bath her with malaseb(to treat the fungus) twice in a week, clean her ears and put illium every alternate day. Last week on saturday the vet check no ear mites. He give me oral meds for itchiness as he sees that my kitten scratch non stop while we were there. She's getting abit bald now especially on her neck and abit on her head.I really hope that the hair will grow back soon.

She could have an allergy to food that may be causing the continued scratching. What are you feeding her?

She may also have a yeast infection in her ears that's causing the continued scratching. Has a sample been cultured and tested for yeast? If so, there is a gel-like medicine that can be put in her ears to treat the yeast infection. It's very gooey and looks horrible, but it lasts for 2 weeks and then the gel-like stuff is gone.

What country are you located in?

Both my cats got what I thought was ear mites, and I was suggested to spend 300 dollars on a week's worth of sulfur baths for a diagnosis of "dog ear mites". I went to another vet and was told they did not have dog mites nor any ear mites, and was handed a 10 dollar tube of Animax ointment, and their ears were right as rain in about 3 days.

it will eliminate many of the top food allergies... If not check your current food for Corn , Wheat , SOY , Fish and Lamb... try to find a food without those ingrediants

This is the ear drop:
http://www.canadavet.com/illium-ear-drops-C158.aspx

I'd be using Revolution on her... two rounds, one month apart. Did the trick with my cats.

What about Acarexx (ivermectin?)

Does she have fungal infection in her ear or yeast?

Sounds like there are two problems going on. The mites probably caused the secondary infections. Animax or Panalog. Also cleared up bacterial and yeast infection in Casper's ear.

Maybe WellingtonCats can chime in here as I understand Persians are prone to this sort of thing.

Well last week saturday the vets give her second injection, oti-clens and surolan eardrop. Last nite i wash her with malaseb, clean her ears and eardrop too. Normally she will scracth like mad but not last nite and not this morning too. I really hope that this meds will ease abit or get rid the fungus(ringworm) and the earmites. My concern now is how long her coat/hair will get back to normall as she's bald some parts on her neck her head and ears too.I never had as bad as this experience on my cats. Oh what do u guys recon how many times in a week should i bath her or clean her ears and put eardrop in a day?
