I think she was grooming herself, and then just left her tongue hanging out. That's how it usually happens. As if she just forgot to put it away when she was done...

She wasn't acting weird or panting or anything, if that's what you mean. Well she was acting weird, with the tongue out and all, but not in a bad way. I love that girl!
