Bollo keeps sneezing?

Bollo has been sneezing for a good month.

He has been to the vets, said he is fine, and then got neutered.

He will sneeze a few times every couple of hours - a day.

What could be the problem?

Has a vet been consulted? If not within the last few days that should be first

The vet has seen him, and even though he sneezes she said he was fine.

The weather has been Freezing, wet, and dry over the last month.
