A bruise maybe? I assume she either plays rough or had a good scratch at her ear and bruised it. As long as it's just a spot with no swelling and no heat or redness in the rest of the ear I would wait and see how it looks in a couple days. It hasn't gotten larger since you first noticed it, has it?
