It's possible it's just the runt of the litter, which are more prone to problems than the bigger ones. If the other kitties are growing and eating fine, then mom is producing. This one kitten may be getting pushed out of the litter during meal time. You may want to try helping him out a bit by watching while they nurse, making sure he gets to eat.

Check and make sure he's well hydrated. Tent his skin just below the neck. If it stays up, he's dehydrated, and needs a vet visit to get some fluids.

Is he active? If no, give him some Karo syrup, or honey if you don't have Karo, and bring him to the vet. He may get hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) if he hasn't eaten in a while.

Good luck!

If you weigh the kittens every day, or every other day, you can tell if they're all gaining weight. It could be that one kitten is just smaller than the others. Or it could be as Okie said, that one kitten isn't getting as much to eat.

Thank you for all the information...it help me a lot. Mean time i let the mother outside the room and i give them milk every 2 or 3 hours. I try to give them solid food it looks like they not intrested yet & i give them wet food too. I did try give them nutripet so they build some appetite...haha....not sure worth trying or not....

I always weigh young kittens every day to make sure they are gaining. They don't all grow at the same rate, but at least you need to know that each one is gaining and not losing. Get a cookery scale that shows grammes and you can be very accurate. Keep a note of each one's weight.
You say you are giving them milk? What kind of milk and how are you giving it? Do not use cows milk like we have - it can upset a kitten's delicate stomach and make them sick so they won't gain weight. Use Kitten Replacement Milk (KMR) that you can buy from petstores or some pharmacists and follow the instructions carefully. The can comes with a special bottle, or you can use an ordinary syringe, without a needle, that you can also get from a pharmacy. If you cannot get KMR where you live, then goats milk is OK for young kittens.

Good luck, you are doing a great job.

Are you weighing them every day? The actual size does not matter so much as long as they are both gaining weight consistently.

For the food it may take them a while to catch on. What I do is I take a bit of wet food and smudge it around their mouths. Their atomatic instinct is to lick it, so them they get the taste of it. It's really funny their expressions- they're licking their faces for hours after, like they're saying "What on earth was that weird stuff...it tasted good!"
