I was out all afternoon and when I came home I couldn't find any of the cats. I knew they were in the house, but had no idea where. Well, when I walked up to my bedroom, I saw them. All of the kitties were basking in the sunshine! Today was a gorgeous day -- blue skies, the sun shining, and mild temperatures. How silly of me not to think that my kitties wanted to enjoy the beautiful weather too!

I just got a new digital camera and ran down to grab it, but, by the time I got back upstairs, all the cats had moved. But, I was still able to snap two (in my opinion) gorgeous pictures. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.

Thank you for the compliments on my pretty girls .

Em and Laney were definitely soaking up all the afternoon sun they could possibly get! It's been so dreary here as of late, so today's bright sun and warm temps had all of the animals in a good mood. The kitties were all relaxed while sunning themselves and I caught my dogs hanging out in front of the windows on the downstairs sofa and chair a couple of times as well. I wish I'd have gotten pics of them as well, but, hopefully, the weather will remain spring-like and I can grab some photos of everyone in the coming days.

I just love having a digital camera again (even though it's not a high-end one and tends not to take the best pics) -- my furry kids are just so photogenic. And, I'm not being biased at all !
