I am just curious who of you are actually contacting your politicians either yay or nay for this bill? There has been a lot of squawk all over the Net about this current issue, but is anyone here actually emailing or better yet, direct mailing your senators and congressmen?

I found the text in this book spot on, but the illustrations aren't helpful at all. Good over all book

This mat caught my eye because of its size and texture, which traps fine litter rather well. It's large enough for jumbo litterboxes, which is also a plus. It's not quite as easy to clean as a...

This scoop was a freebie with some clumping litter I bought last year, and I like it so much that I've bought a second one. It's perfect for fine clumping litter, which it sifts very thoroughly....

I am not in the US but in general, my local representatives are told how I feel about most legislation I feel strongly about, as well as when I don't agree with something they personally said or did in the Legislature. I often call or email my local politicians, but I know them well enough that they are taken as seriously as a letter as well

I've e-mailed, called and sent them mail (all the senators and congress people from my state). I also went as far as to visit the office of my congressman yesterday. He was pulled away to another office (the Tea Party was hosting a protest across town), but I was able to talk to his aid - she gave me a copy of his press release that was coming out later that day on the topic. So way cool, I had a sneak peak of his vote.
And yes, I stood on the street with a sign to ask people to honk for my point of view. I became a political activist yesterday.
