Moving Litterboxes

Anything I should do? I plan on cleaning the area their litter boxes are now with an enzyme cleaner so they don't get confused. Other then that I'll just show them where we moved them. Will they be ok with that? Dh and I are switching bedrooms, because we don't want the baby to be in the room with the sliding glass door and he doesn't want a litter box in the bedroom. So we're moving the litterboxes to the living room and kitchen.

Whenever Bugsy has to be out of food and water for the night, I put the other two in the living room with one litter box, and I never had a problem with it...
What you can do is use Cat attract litter for the month just to be on the safe side... Then you phase out of it...

Good idea. I might try that. They're actually very good. I've never had litter box problems with either of them, but I'd like to be on the safe side.

Or you can just sprinkle the cat attract additive... instead of changing the whole litter... It might be better... This way you can keep their scent int the box too, in addition to the additive

Oh, that's what I thought you meant anyway.

I've never had a problem with moving litterboxes, but some people recommend shifting them gradually, i.e., a few inches or a foot a day, to the new spot.
