Both right.
As much as I would LOVE to have my cats sleep with me at night, they aren't allowed in the bedroom because they are like a herd of elephants at night and I would never get ANY sleep.

same here... I would have 5 cats and one dog on the bed if all cohabited nicely

Mine sleep with me. Dusty snuggles on my arm next to my pillow while Squeak sleeps between my legs. Squeak is so warm blooded that I have to kick her off now and then or I would roast.
