Surprised I lasted this long but then it makes sense I guess.... didn't sleep well thru this w/e w/ Sunday night being the worst due to DH.....and of course, I get nailed last night

Lets just hope it leaves fast

Think I'm going to cancel physio and head back to bed for a bit

My throat is killing me.

On top of that I'm working overtime today.

I don't really have much choice as the others on my team have other plans...which leaves me.

So other than work, not much else going on today.

Feel better guys!

Good morning! I just sent the Beau off to work and I think I'm going to lay around on the couch for a while maybe take a nap! I have to clean up the kitchen from dinner last night and make some cupcakes and cookies later for the Beau!
I think the Beau is taking me out tonight and letting me drive his car some. I havent driven a 5speed in a long time, and even then I was barely learning, so I think we are going to do that tonight and I may take his extra car home with me this week so I can get used to driving it. I'm probably going to start autocrossing it this year so I need to get good! Quick! LOL!

Morning! Chris and Kailie, I hope you both feel better soon!

Had my gyn appt this morning; everything is fine and I'm scheduled for the mammo and bone density re-check for the beginning of June. I am osteopaenic and cannot take the drugs for bone growth because of bad side effects.

Kailie, I know what you mean about working OT. My planning commission meeting went longer than expected last night, so I didn't get home until way later. Somebody has to do it, I guess, but it's no fun.

Morning. Today is my last full day in PA.. I'm kinda ready to get back home to CA. BF said I have a bunch of mail from schools, so I have to get working on that later this week.

So today I need to pack a box full of beer that I bought yesterday, and then drop it off at FedEx. My mom is trimming my hair this afternoon too. She used to be a hairdresser and is the only person who's ever cut and colored my hair. Except BF colored it once. And I do it myself now. I'm afraid to let anyone else cut it! I think if/when I get a haircut someplace else I will cry! haha.. Anyway, meeting a few people for happy hour, and hopefully going to see my stepmom after that. Busy last day.

Hi all, well its 6.30pm here now and my day has been a nice one, weather has been sunny and warmish but then has just turned quite cold (can't have it all

) I got a phone call from the hospital today I have my pre-op appointment for my thyroid surgery on thursday so I am pooping myself a bit. I'm sure all will go well though-just my anxiety taking over, hope evreryone has a great day.xx

Hello All,

Another longer than expected day for me! About 5:30 am to 2:30 pm. I thought I slept better but still was waking up about every 90 minutes-grrrrr...........

Chiseled more of the ice off the patio and some of the cats went outside for a bit.

I noticed the power company has the new electric power poles up across the road and starting to hang wires. We are supposed to be notified when they shut our power off to complete this job. So hopefully soon they will be removing all the power poles from our property-I think we have 4 of them. No icky trimming of our trees anymore-yay!!!

I did take a quick catnap after reading the paper this afternoon. Now I better start dinner.
