Vote for February 2010 ~ Brag signatures added!

Thank you for all of the wonderful entries for the February Photo Contest - What I Love About You! Congratulations to our finalists, as determined by our site team. To make it fair, we did institute a rule that we could not vote for our own pictures. We were each allowed to vote for 10 photos, and these constitute the ones that 1/2 of us voted for. (I want to make this as transparent as possible so everyone knows this is a fair process.)

This poll will be open for 1 week. Each member can vote for one of our finalists, and you can vote for your own photo if you want to. You did not have to enter a photo to be able to vote. The top photos will be featured in a 2011 Calendar that will be offered for sale through Cafe Press at the TCS Store. The 2010 calendar and other merchandise with the 2009 photo contest winners can be seen here: http://www.cafepress.com/shoptcs

The top 3 will receive points (1st: 5000 points, 2nd: 2500 points, 3rd: 1000 points) and a custom signature showing the whole site that they have Mr./Ms. February on TCS! And, of course, bragging rights. The winner will also have a 2011 TCS Calendar that will go on sale later this year sent to them!

The photos will appear in the next post, each numbered to go with the poll.

1- I love your softness. Everything is soft about you. Your eyes, your delicate personality, your fluffy hair.


2 - Our "Stray" neighborhood cat. He's one of the sweetest kitties and has gorgeous green eyes. I think it shows his purrsonality VERY well!


3- I love his deep blue eyes.


4- His beautiful face. He was only here on this earth for 6 short weeks. RIP my baby and I'm sorry.


5- I love that you were so goofy.


6- I love how they can put aside their usual scuffling to sit patiently together and wait for a treat from our dinner plate. The look of intense focus on their faces gets me every time!


7- I love your curiosity and your capacity for mischief.


8- Look at that little cute nose and those huuuge eyes!! And the expression thing, I don't think I need to explain what I mean.


9- Those beautiful blue eyes, stunning markings, her looooong whiskers, and sweet purrsonality. My girl is the whole package!


10- I love his mean streak.


11- I love her being her - laying on her back, smack in the middle of the room, waiting for tummy rubs.


12- Those light green eyes.


13- His milk mustache, otherwise known as his "cloverleaf" nose....


14- I love his goofiness and how he's constantly bringing a smile to my face.


15- Her eyes, cute little nose and big chubby cheeks.

Holy moly, but this gets harder every month. I get two weeks to decide, right? I think I'll need every minute.

Definitely a tough one this month, but of course I had to vote for my boys

It's a good thing my boy made the finals or I would have had a really hard time choosing. I think it would have been a toss-up between #9 and #14. Great job, Everybody!

Wow - really - they are ALL winners!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow...not only are 1st & 2nd place neck and neck....there are 5 pictures tied for 3rd and 5 pictures tied for 4th, just one vote out of 3rd.

I had to go with the 'stray'. Good luck to all contestants.

I love, love, love the pic of Batman and was torn, but went with the sentimental choice of icklemiss' Scully. Looks like I am not alone.

Such a hard contest - thanks to those who voted for my baby. A warning for those to ALWAYS be careful around your cats & kittens, it only takes a few seconds for an accident to occur Good luck to everybody

This was a really close contest! The top two were separated by only 2 votes, and for the first time EVER we will be featuring FIVE wonderful photos on our calendar! Even more amazing than that is that there are four more tied for fourth place! Congratulations to ALL of the finalists! (And you guys don't even know how difficult it was to get it narrowed down to these 15 out of the 40 that were submitted. ) , But really, Congratulations to every cat on TCS because every one of you is loved more than you can possibly imagine.

I'm confused with the winners again - my results show that there was a clear winner #5 with ten votes? or did the poll go for longer?

Scully had 10 votes = 1st
Easy had 8 votes = 2nd
Merlin, Lucifer & Billy were tied for 3rd with 5 votes
