Wonderful trip to PetSmart today!

It is a GORGEOUS day here today, so Dana and I decided to take a roadtrip to Fredericton, a little over an hour's drive away. Of course one of our stops was the new PetSmart there. Well I mentioned here before that I would love to get Feliway, but that none of the stores had it here. PetSmart had it! I was SO excited! I got a plug in to put upstairs with the fosters and another downstairs for my babies. Of course we also got them a bunch of different treats, some catnip balls, some new hanging toys for their condo and a groomer that you stick to the wall and the kitties go up and groom themselves on it. They love it! So now all of the kitties are happy, I'm happy and Dana says that makes HIM happy.

I need to make a trip like that to the local petsmart but I'm scared of how much stuff I'll bring home, and my cats don't even play with toys much anymore... .but I keep bringing them toys

No, because it's over an hours drive away and my kitties don't do well in the car.

Ah, Petsmart, one of my favorite places. I'm telling you, though, now that I'm not working there anymore, I'm definitely missing that employee discount. I actually stopped in today (not the one I used to work at, but another local store -- we have about a zillion here!) to pick up new goldfish for my tank and I left there with a lot more than just a couple of fish! But, that's the norm for me and PetSmart.

It sounds like you and your kitties made out quite well today. Feliway has been a Godsend for me and my cats. I hope it's the same for you -- especially since you have those lovely fosters . And, that corner groomer for the wall?! My kitties love it! Actually, I think my cats want to take a trip up to see yours so that they can partake in all their new toys and treats. Oh, and, of course, while we're there, Miss Arden may just sneak into my purse. But, you know how that goes... .

I went in for a feedbag the other day and went out with two shelter cats. (Actually I had to go back for the cats, after stopping by the shelter for paperwork, but, close enough.)

I've picked up Feliway there a couple times, too--costs more than my online supplier, but sometimes I forget and leave it too long, and waiting for shipping isn't a good plan with a skitty kitty.

Before the shelter cats, my last great PetSmart find was right after Christmas. These feathered catnip balls that Squirrel and Panther (and now also Dora, but, didn't have her then) are completely addicted to, and tear all to heck, were half off because they were red and green. I felt like I robbed the place.
