Yesterday Tasha had her second dose of wormer, on vet instructions, one week after her rabies jab. She had no reactions to it and seemed fine, so I had no qualms about taking her shopping today and to visit a friend. She doesn't yet like the car much and often poops or vomits, so I was prepared (I thought!)

When I stopped the car I found that she had vomited two large piles of what looked like white rice! AS I have never given her rice, or even cooked it in the last week, I naturally thought it was dead worms and I was horrified. I just could not believe that she could have had so many. I cleared it up with tissue and when I got home disinfected everything thoroughly, wondering if I should chat with the vet tomorrow.

Then this evening I went to look at the ponies and I found a load of rice scattered beneath a tree! I was looking at it when my tenant came out, saw me looking and said she had thrown it out for the birds. When I told her that Tasha had eaten most of it and that I had thought she had the worst case of worms I had ever seen, we both laughed fit to bust.

I would have, too! Who would have thought she'd find rice outside and eat it?

Wow, that is just disgusting and hilarious at the same time!

We were taking care of a friend's dog once, and after he went home, we found an empty marshmallow bag in our son's room. Apparently he and our dog had found it and eaten all of the marshmallows. The people said to our daughter, "were you feeding our dog marshmallows?" I was like, "no, your dog burglarized our son's room!" LOL
