Stopping taffy chasing female cat.

Long story short.

Taffy, not neutered - Trying to get him done next week.

Neighbours cat, - female, and a right pain, she is 3 months old, and is teasing all the male cats.

She wants their food, and she will come up, show her bits and run away, making the male cats follow her, she then looses the males and eats their food.

Taffy has no idea on what to do when he gets close enough to do her, he gets himself ready, but dose not enter her. - Sorry sounds rude.

Bollo is a cat that loves his food, and wont do anything about it, however if he is hungry he will try and get himself a mouse, but he is a poor hunter, too lazy, and we are going to get him as well.

Bubbles is a cat who is neutered, but is chasing off the other cats from our garden, he is twice the size of the other cats.

This cat is female 3 months old, is she really ready to have kittens?

Please help, I just want them back safe.

Are you sure she's not a tad bit older? 4-5 months earliest heat is more common. While it's certainly possible for some female cats to get pregnant very young, when they're that tiny it can be a death sentence to any kittens and even the mother. Provided mother cat and kittens make it through and are birthed fine, kittens don't often make the best of mothers. Which is why it's good to not let these sort of things happen.

I'm very glad to hear you're going to get another one your boys neutered. If they're not worried about chasing after girls they'll be home to keep that food to themselves.

I don't know if there's any way you could tell her owners that letting her run loose unspayed like she is could have very serious consequences without it possibly offending them. All you can ever do is take care of your own.

Nope, they said shes 3 months.

Taffy got hurt by a rival cat, hes fine, but just a little saw.

However, as soon as bubbles finds out, ill be surprised if the other cat would be alive.

Put it this way, our puppy scared taffy the first week we got him, so bubbles attacked the puppy and he ripped his leg pretty badly. He has killed foxes for chasing the kittens (they was at the time).

Anyway I think the kitten she has to watch out, she tried to do it to bollo, but bollo loves his food too much.

If she tries to do it to bubbles, it could be the last thing she dose, she is like a rat compared to bubbles. (size difference). Bubbles weighing in at 25 pounds, who do you think will win? hahah.

Bubbles controls us.

Don't worry about taffy, he is fine, just has a little limp (at times), but he has his brother with him (now), and bubbles is not far away, and takes no crap from anything. (he is more like a tiger than anything, but very small compared to a tiger)

Please keep your boy inside until he's neutered, and then for 2 months afterwards - that's how long it takes for the horonoes to settle and not imrepgnante girls.

Ask your neighbour to keep the poor girly inside until she is spayed, if she's 'showing her bits' to the boys she is likely in heat. The youngest I know is a 12 week old in heat.

It takes only a moment for them to mate, you've seen him mount her. The results could be disastrous.

I have not seem him mount her, I have seen him try.

I also can't keep him in, bubbles wont allow it.

Bollo will be done at the same time.

We have switched vets, they seem very nice.

So far, there has been 4-5 male cats around, all much bigger than taffy, but bubbles again, wont let anything happen to taffy.

Bubbles is sat at the window, stalking the other cats, I am sure bubbles could take on 10 male cats easily. He is far the biggest cat I know.

How do you measure a cat correctly?

Good for you, I have 4 female cats and one male and I was a bit worried about getting Billy neutured but I can tell you, he is just te same as he was before and he never leaves my girls (especially Floss) alone, the feeling is not mutual though Your boys are gorgeous and I can see that from a mans point of view castration is quite a big thing, I can tell you my hubby cringed when Billy went in but Billy was back to normal in 2 days and he is my babe and I wouldn't hurt him for the world. Your neighbours however need to get their kitty spayed and if she is only 3 months she really should be kept inside, my theory is its as much their fault as the male cat owner. x

I am sure that once my cats are done, that she will still get pregnant, as there are 4-5 male cats waiting, this is not including my 3 boys.

1 has been done.
2 being done tuesday.

I just want them to be safe, live long.

I'm glad to hear you're getting your boys neutered. If there is anything you can do to keep them inside until they have the procedure (and a while after), that would probably be the best thing for all kitties involved.

They will live much longer, happier lives if they are neutered

The behaviour that the girl is displaying is the signs of coming into call and so you should keep your boy away while you're waiting to get him fixed and like Amanda said, after he has been fixed too. It will also reduce the fighting when he is fixed as he wont need to fight for girls. Having an Entire cat puts a lot of strain on their bodies when they're looking for girls, thus reduces their lifespan.

The behaviour you described with him mounting the girl - is mating, and she may already be pregnant.

Nope, bubbles wants the window open.

If I close the window even for a minute and he wants to go out, he will come up to me, and swipe my face (no claws) but just to say, what you doing, can you open it.

If I am asleep, or anything like this, then Ill just get jumped on - till he gets pissed off.

However, bubbles is sweet, if the other 2 need help, he is there.

He sleeps anywhere, and likes my window, as he can see more, if anything moves he will run down and kill it. (unless its my cats)

Sorry for double post.

Trying to get our boys using the litter tray, was nearly working till the female cat came back on the scene. DAM THAT CAT!! she is very annoying, and comes outside and calls for mates.

She can't help it. It's her hormones. I feel bad for her, she's too young to be a mother.
