Here are the themes for the 2010 Photo Contests.

Month Theme
January New Year's Resolutions/Naughty Cat
February Why I love you
March Do you dangle?
April Party Animal - playing, on catnip, etc.
May What are you playing with? (Non-cat-toys that cats play with)
June Couch Potatoes/Lazy Cat
July Why I Can't (i.e. This is why I can't make the bed; this is why I can't spell properly, etc.)
August Cats in the sun
September Cats on Computers
October Cat+Box=FUN
November Crazy Faces
December Holiday Cats

Any questions about what the themes mean, just ask.

I've never done this before so I hope I'm doing it right...

I would like to submit Holland for May or June (she's sleeping on a bottle cap pillow, that can count as unconventional toys AND lazy, right?!?). Also, she's right next to her "free toy" Cheerios box:



And for September, a little photo I've titled "Coup d'Laptop":

you have to wait until the monthly contest opens for each month. then post you entries.

FYI: This is just a heads up, when the time comes, a thread will be posted asking for submissions... That is when we submit the pictures for each of the corresponding months.

Oh OK.. actually i am just trying to remember how to post a pic.. seems like im not doing it right.. Do i copy the html or img for that?

This thread is just for informational purposes so that you can plan ahead and set a photo aside or take pictures with these themes in mind for future entries.

We actually started with the December/holiday one, then went to February. The January one will show up some time later in the year.

That is, unless I totally missed it as well.
