HI, please help!
My 8 mth old female little ginger tabby had a small amount of fairly vibrant red cloloured blood in her runny poo this morning.
She also wees ALOT and her wee is really strong smelling (very amonic).
She doesnt drink any form of water. She is a fussy little madam

Please can you give me some advice?

Blood in the feces could be a sign of problems. If it were me, I would take the cat to be checked out by the vet.

Is she spayed?

I agree with above, a vet visit is in order now. She should only pee 2-3 times a day, by 8 months, she may have a urinary tract infection..

What do you mean she doesn't drink any water? What does she eat? Does she eat all wet food?

I would be ringing the vet and getting a check up as soon as you can...
