Neko is currently on Prairie Salmon Meal and Brown Rice Medley. She is doing great on it! We have gone through a few brands that only caused stomach upset and smelly potty time. Finally we can stay on a brand

She only eats about 1/4 to 1/3 of dry a day and 3oz. of wet a day.

Ingredients
Salmon Meal, Canola Oil (preserved with Mixed Tocopherols and Citric Acid), Brown Rice, Oatmeal, Barley, Pumpkinseeds, Ground Flaxseeds, Montmorillonite Clay, Natural Chicken Flavor, Chicken Liver, Potassium Chloride, Sea Salt, DL-Methionine, Vitamins, Minerals, Taurine, Dried Enterococcus Faecium Fermentation Product, Dried Lactobacillus Acidophilus Fermentation Product, Inulin, Flaxseed Oil, Apples, Cottage Cheese, Chicken Eggs, Cranberries, Freeze Dried Chicken, Freeze Dried Turkey, Freeze Dried Turkey Liver, Freeze Dried Turkey Hearts, Ground Chicken Bone, Carrots, Broccoli, Lettuce, Spinach, Dried Kelp, Salmon Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Parsley, Honey, Blueberries, Alfalfa Sprouts, Persimmons, Olive Oil, Duck Eggs, Pheasant Eggs, Quail Eggs, Rosemary Extract, Sage, Clove.

So here's my question:
"Specially formulated for rotation feeding"
I would like to try the rotation feeding... How often do you rotate? After every bag or after every certain amount of months? And finally, Neko does have a sensitive tummy. The Salmon meal works fine... how about the other kibbles:

Chicken Meal and Brown Rice Medely:
Chicken Meal, Brown Rice, Oatmeal, Chicken Fat (preserved with Mixed Tocopherols and Citric Acid), Menhaden Fish Meal, Ground Flaxseeds, Montmorillonite Clay, Natural Chicken Flavor, Alfalfa Meal, Chicken Liver, Potassium Chloride, Sea Salt, DL-Methionine, Vitamins, Minerals, Taurine, Dried Enterococcus Faecium Fermentation Product, Dried Lactobacillus Acidophilus Fermentation Product, Inulin, Flaxseed Oil, Apples, Cottage Cheese, Chicken Eggs, Cranberries, Freeze Dried Chicken, Freeze Dried Turkey, Freeze Dried Turkey Liver, Freeze Dried Turkey Hearts, Pumpkinseeds, Ground Chicken Bone, Carrots, Butternut Squash, Broccoli, Lettuce, Spinach, Dried Kelp, Salmon Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Parsley, Honey, Blueberries, Alfalfa Sprouts, Persimmons, Olive Oil, Duck Eggs, Pheasant Eggs, Quail Eggs, Rosemary Extract, Sage, Clove.

Lamb Meal and Oatmeal Medely:
Lamb Meal, Canola Oil (preserved with Mixed Tocopherols and Citric Acid), Oatmeal, Brown Rice, Ground Flaxseeds, Montmorillonite Clay, Natural Lamb Flavor, Alfalfa Meal, Menhaden Fish Meal, Lamb Liver, Potassium Chloride, Sea Salt, DL-Methionine, Vitamins, Minerals, Taurine, Dried Enterococcus Faecium Fermentation Product, Dried Lactobacillus Acidophilus Fermentation Product, Inulin, Flaxseed Oil, Apples, Cranberries, Freeze Dried Lamb, Freeze Dried Lamb Hearts, Freeze Dried Lamb Liver, Pumpkinseeds, Carrots, Ground Lamb Bone, Butternut Squash, Chicken Eggs, Broccoli, Lettuce, Spinach, Dried Kelp, Salmon Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Parsley, Honey, Blueberries, Alfalfa Sprouts, Persimmons, Olive Oil, Duck Eggs, Pheasant Eggs, Quail Eggs, Sage, Clove, Rosemary Extract.

...Or should I avoid rotation and stick with the Salmon meal?

Rotation in this case is .. NO quoting me... Kibble, canned , raw .. basically they want you to feed no just one type of food but all /... Which at first I thought was wacky till I realized I had been doing it for years ...

Sorry to keep answering but I note a few big differences... and one ingredient known for tummy issues that is present in the chicken and lamb but not the salmon... Alfalfa meal

Don't be sorry! Thanks for the responses.
so... "Just offer various proteins (e.g. beef, chicken, and salmon)" She does get a variety of proteins from her canned foods ie, chicken, turkey, lamb, various seafoods, etc.) ... Will she be okay on just salmon meal for dry? Don't want her to grow an allergy from it.
I may try the pakaged raw from Nature's Variety, but It wouldn't be a large percentage of her diet.

there is always a chance of allergy developing...
You may want to try another fish only formula to rotate with but that is something to discuss at next vet appt
