OMG!!! He should try for the guinness book of records..
I wonder if something is up with his hormones.
I doubt it though because his speaking voice is pretty masculine..

What was that????

He was brilliant. I have heard a counter-tenor/male soprano once before but he was nothing compared to this guy.

On the west side of... of... somewhere.
A countertenor traditionall is baritone/basso initially... the deeper the male voice, the better the countertenor he can be. A really good countertenor is hard to come by... and one as young as he is... dang. The boy has a seriously awesome future ahead of him. I don't like most countertenors... he had a nice richness to his voice, where most i've heard sound quite 'brassy' Only one other out there is a top in my book.

it has nothing to do with hormones... everything to do with training at the right age... speaking voice is deeper... he probably started out singing baritone or bass, but the right teacher comes along... he's excellent. I doubt he'll be working as a waiter for very long...
