My cats back twitches almost all the time,is this ok?

Well....its not really normal. Can you take a video of it to show what you mean?

It could be dry skin, or fleas. It could be a mild symptom of FHS (feline hyperesthesia ).

Have you had him to the vet?

How long has he (she?) been doing this?

Been a few weeks,she has dry skin yes

Is there any chance your cat could have fleas, as someone asked?

How long has this been going on for?

Does your cat go outside at all?

Do you have any other pets in the home?

Does your cat have any patches of fur that are missing?

Does kitty seem to be biting at him/herself at all? Scratching?

The more information you can provide us, the better.

If it's definitely not fleas, my thought was like someone else's, feline hyperesthesia:

Just did a check on feline hyperesthesia,and i assure you its not that,she doesnt have fleas,only her in the house and no outside,not biting her self and no patches missing. Guess ill ask vet next time i take her in for a nail trim?
