Shop Options - Change User Title no longer an option for me

I wanted to change my User Title to a different color and potentially make it not bold, but I no longer see "User Title" as an option in the shop menu.

When I go to "Shop Main" I get:

TheCatSite.com Forums Store box followed by

LDG vbBux Shop Information box followed by

Richest Users and Most Sold boxes, then

LDG - User History, and finally, three boxes:

Misc. Options
Points Options
Username Options

There is an empty space where User Title options used to be.

I clicked on my history to load the whole thing. I located where I changed my user name - and clicked on it. It linked me to the option to buy a new color for my user name.

So I went to where I changed my User Title - clicked on it - and instead of linking me to the option to buy a new color for my user title, I get a message that says "You are not allowed to purchase this item."

Is this because the option no longer exists? Or is it an admin setting for my account? Or are you only allowed to purchase changes a limited number of times? Or is there a reason that I specifically am not allowed to buy changes to my user title any longer?

hmmm, I'm not sure about you not being allowed to, but what I do when I want to change things is go to the shop menu and click on most sold; is the user title options in there and if you click on them what happens then?

It's not included in the list.

Katie (or anyone!), if you go to Shop Main from the Shop Menu drop down - when you scroll down, do you have a box with User Title options down where the Username, Misc and Points options boxes are?

I am still seeing it. I have requested that the admin people look at your settings.

I don't have any of that. I am assuming it is a perk of paid membership?

DITTO i mentioned this last month after viewing the site on my mams computer rather than my laptop, even when i was a paid member i didnt have this option

Rigel (Coolcat) tried to help me and i cant get the option on either computer


HELP to !!!!!!

No, the shop options should be available to everyone.

As Jana pointed out, I'm pretty sure it's settings at the admin level! Hopefully someone will see your post here and report it to admin as well.

And otto? Again - I think it's an admin settings problem! "Buying" changes to your user name, title and buying gifts for other members and stuff is what the whole points-for-posting system is about. I think as a paid member you just earn more points in interest somehow.

The User name options like font and formatting are only available to paying members. \t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t FAQ - Points, the Bank and Shopping

I have the gift options. and use them with pleasure. but none of the user name stuff.

Well I was wrong! I was certain I bought those before I was a paying member, but obviously I was wrong. Jana provided the link. Sorry 'bout that, and thank you Jana for straightening out my misinformation.
