Off to work in a bit. DH is off school this week so I get to come home to him every night

Love it! We are going to friends house tonight..the guys want to play PS3

Anyhoo...tomorrow is my Friday this week, I am taking Friday off!

Good morning!

I'm at work and just sitting down to my first cup of tea.

Tonight my GF and I will be getting together to finish our last CSS lesson. The class was more difficult than we anticipated, but we learned a lot and we've had fun, too. We won't be taking any classes together now until she comes back from Germany, but I may take a class on my own while she's gone, just to keep going a bit.

And that's pretty much it. Just waiting for the weekend.

Morning,

I'll be heading off to work in a bit. My friend is in the hospital, so I have to stop in and feed her cats a bit before I head out. I have been really unproductive for the last few days, so I need to try to do better today. I've got one small section that I need to add to my dissertation, but I just can't seem to get it finished. I know what I want to say, but I just can't figure out how to say it. I really need to get it finished so that I can take it off to the printers and have bound copies made. I've got 2 weeks and 1 day until I have to defend it, so I need to get moving.

I also need to get my Powerpoint slides ready for the presentation and send some paperwork to the grad school letting them know when the defense is. I tend to work a lot better under pressure, so hopefully I'll get motivated now that the deadlines are looming close. After work, I'm going to try to swing by the gym and spend some time on the elliptical machine.

Morning all!

Thankfully we didn't get the snow storm that was predicted last night.

I did NOT want to get out of bed this morning at all. I'm still fighting a cold and have no energy at all today. Oh well...we're halfway through now. Hope you all have a great day!

Good afternoon! We've had no water all day, it's shut off in our building from 9AM til 3PM today for 'plumbing enhancements', whatever that means..

Another half hour or so til I can wash my hands with real soap and water rather than hand sanitizer... and use the toilet. That will be nice.

So I've been spending most of my day looking online at paralegal programs and schools and what i could do online if possible and costs and I started the FAFSA but I need to find a school first.. It's so hard to get started with education when you're 29 and you don't even know what you want to study! I just know I miss school. Got an Associates degree in Liberal Arts about 8 years ago... woo-hoo.

But enough whining. I'm spending time today looking at options so that is a start. I WILL use my time to better myself. Yep.

Hello All,

Since I started exercising in the morning before work I have less time to visit here and post.

It wasn't too cold outside this am about mid 20's at 7 am so I walked 3.25 miles outside, did a spot of house cleaning and off to a busy day at work. Pit stop for some magazines at Barnes & Noble then gorcery store and being a vegetable reading magazines!

Budy and long say at work tomorrow so it will be an early night for me!
