Hello everyone,
I haven't been around in sometime due to life situations. I am working two jobs, teaching day and night school, to get my SO through nursing school (after that I can quit my night job and she can be my sugar-mama!) and it's crazy stressful. All my critters are doing really well, though. The cats are great. Evie the Calico has grown into a really big cat. Sterling the silver tabby is still skinny and wary of strangers. I guess that's to be expected for a former-feral cat. He just turned three in January!
Riley and Maggie are doing well, and we just found out this weekend that Tara's mother bought us a puppy. She put a down payment on a chihuahua pup. It's a male, and a blue merle. The color is not AKC recognized, but he will be UKC registered. He's just going to be a pet, though, so that hardly matters! We've decided to call him Apache, Patch for short. There's a pic posted below. My mom also got a new pup this weekend after losing her 14 year old scotty back in the fall. He is a westie, named Higgins, and is 11 weeks. It will be fun to have two puppies in the family!
Hope all has been going well here. I hope to get back to reading and posting regularly on my forums now that the school year seems to be settling down somewhat.
