Pancake breakfast at work today!!

And I think we are finding out how much our bonus and raises are going to be too...yay!!

I have a 3 day week too this week because I took Friday off to spen with DH since he has this week off school.

We are going to see a movie tonight also..I like having him around

Good morning!

DH came home Sunday evening and we both had yesterday off work, so we got to spend a little time together. He had his breakfast in bed, so he was a happy camper.

I'm starting to feel better. Had a very nasty cold the past week or so, so I've been pretty much in bed or on the sofa for the last four days. Came home early from work on Friday and went to bed. And, although I did manage to get housework, laundry, and the like done over the weekend, I spent a lot of time resting. Watching the first season of The Wire DVDs; it's OK, I guess, but I'm not overly crazy about it.

We have about 3 inches of snow this morning with another 1-2 forecast for this afternoon. DH brought me into work; when we get home tonight, he'll work on cleaning out the driveway a bit. And no walking for me over lunch; he said that since I've not been feeling well, he didn't want me outside. Maybe I can hit the treadmill tonight.

Not too much going on here really. After work this evening I'll have my workout and then I HOPE to get a little relaxing done. I'm anti housework today.

Morning.. It's 11:56AM..

Another beautiful day out today, it's 75 degrees!

So what am i doing inside on the computer?? Yeah I'll have to get outside soon, as soon as the towels are done in the washer. I need to get some groceries, but I'm going to drive because I need to charge my phone in my car- my regular charger broke. Time to really decide on a new phone to get I think.

75 degrees! Enjoy you lucky thing!

We are having a snow storm. Nothing major but it is sure making everything look so pretty! Can't wait to go home and watch it fall while my kitties snuggle with me.

4 day work week for me so thats a bonus!

Afternoon!

For some reason I can get in at work today! Before this site was considered "Entertainment" and blocked! Imagine that....entertainment!

Not so busy at work today. One of my doctors is on vacation so I'm just fielding phone calls, plus the calls of another nurse who is away sick today.

When I get home today I have to finish cleaning out my linen closet, empty out the dishwasher, fold the laundry I did yesterday and take out 4 trash bags of garbage.

Tomorrow evening I'll be tackling my clothes closet in the bedroom.

Afternoon Eveyone!
Today has been a welcome change from yesterday for me! It's been a pretty good day so far!

This morning Jack picked me up and then we went and grabbed my sister Kimmy from her house and decided to go to one of our favorite local fish stores. Jack got me my Valentine's fishies (they were on quarentine until today) and Kimmy got a new clown pleco for her tank.

(I wound up with some new fish for my big tank- 3 new Veil tail Angelfish, 3 Emperor Tetras, and my adorable new Green Spotted Puffer (in a different tank.)

After we left Bob's Tropicals, we all went back to Kimmy's house and had some lunch together. We had fun talking about our "dream fish tanks" and hanging out. Me, Kimmy, & Jack decided that we would form our own support group....Fishkeeper's Anonymous

After Jack and I left Kimmy's house, we stoppeed by another local fishstore so he could pick up something for his tank. He got me another Blue German Ram to go in my tank and liked them soo much that he got some for his tank too

. After that he dropped me off at my home so I could work on my fishtanks. I'm just enjoying a nice laid back day for now. I'll figure out dinner in a little while! After a sad day like yesterday (my Nannie's funeral), you just need a relaxing day to "do nothing" for a while!
