1.- ¿Do you know MÃ[emoji]169[/emoji]xico? …as a country or as a city? I've been to Mexico several times! Mostly touristy places though (Cozumel, Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Mexico City, Progresso,etc...) I love it!!
2.- ¿Wich part exactly? are you came by business or by vacations? I went on two different cruises to Mexico when I went both times.

6.- Have you ever to watched a Mexican Movie? ( I mean with Spanish Dialogs?) Yes! I live in an entirely Hispanic area of Memphis....all of my neighbors are from Mexico, so I enjoy getting to speak to them in Spanish and learn fun stuff like how to make Mexican Fruit Punch and REAL enchilada's!
7.-Do you like the Mexican Food? ( do you have any preference for example: burritos, Tacos, rice & beans, etc?) Absolutely!!!!

Those are some of my favorites (and I'm assuming there is some sort of "surviving a desert island for dummies" book out there somewhere haha!)

My dogs & cats, Satellite TV , Running water and indoor plumbing for the amazing "Swiss Family Robinson" tree home I would want haha , Jack, board games, My laptop & internet, The entire line from Lush cosmetics & a jacuzzi tub, Cosmopolitan magazine, Paint & canvas, (yeah, it's safe to say I wouldn't survive well on a desert island )

4. You'll also need food. If you could have only two or three foods and nothing else, what would you choose? Why?

1. Rice (you can cook it sooo many ways and make it taste amazing)
2. Vodka Rustica and Cesar Salads (hey, a girl can dream right???)
3. Fried Pickles & Ranch dressing & sweet tea! (I'm a Southern girl...)

5. If you could have one human companion, who would that be? Why?

Jack, because he's amazing and I would go crazy without him! That and he was also an eagle scout, so I'm sure he'd have some good ideas about how to survive on a desert island!

6. If you came into a large sum of money -- an unexpected inheritance, a winning, whatever, but "set-you-up-for-life" big -- what would be the first four things you would do?

1. Pay off all debts
2. Tithe, Save, & Invest wisely (reasonable house,etc)
3. Help those who have helped me in the past (family, friends, etc)
4. Pay it foward and help others who need a little compassion and kindness! (St. Jude, Youth Villages, animal rescues,etc) I would really love to buy a reasonable sized home and adopt several children from Youth Villages if I were financially able to. (I already told my sister Kimmy that I want to adopt my amazing foster niece Leedora when I finish school! ) I would really love to help out with children who need homes and are recovering from abuse. I'd also like to invest some $ in helping rehabilitate women who are trying to get out of abusive relationships/marriages. I know what it's like to go through one and loose a lot...I would love to give back someday and help.

1. Do you cook? Do you like to, or is it a chore? I LOVE LOVE LOVE to cook!!!! It's always soothing and fun for me!

2. Do you like to cook with someone else? How well do you share your kitchen? The only time I like to share my kitchen is if I'm teaching my nieces/nephews how to cook something. It's always fun cooking with them! Other than that though, I'm very picky about my kitchen and where things go. I dislike it when people cook and then leave a mess behind. The only person I absolutely love cooking with is my sister Kimmy because we both have the same cooking style,etc and have a blast. Jack always tries to help me cook (he's soooo sweet!) but I always wind up giving him something else to do outside of the kitchen so I can work

3. What is your favourite thing to prepare? Chicken Flourentine, Lasagna, 3 meat chili, Mac & Cheese (not the box stuff!), Vodka Rustica, goodness I could go on and on...I don't think I have 1 favorite...I have a LOT of favorites!

4. What is your favourite dish that someone else prepares for you? Who?
My sister Kimmy's Chicken & Rice....it's AMAZING! And I wouldn't be a Southern girl without loving my mom's homemade buttermilk cornbread!!! It's amazing too!!

5. Either of those favourites might be a comfort food, or not. What is your favourite comfort food? Broccli & Light Ranch dressing, Fried Pickles & Light Ranch dressing, Mac & Cheese, Anything Italian with cheese on it (I like food haha)

6. What is your favourite celebration food? My homemade Lasagna! I make it every holiday!!

1. Which do you prefer, electric or gas? Which do you have? Gas! Unfortunately I have electric at the moment though.

2. Cookbooks: do you like them? What's your favourite one? LOVE THEM!!! Giada de Laurentiis is my favorite (Everyday Italian)! I also love anything my Rachel Ray, all of the Cooking Light & Better Homes & Gardens cookbooks as well. The absolute best cook books in my opinion though are the little old ones that local churches put together- they have sooooo many good Southern recipes in them!!

3. Are you primarily a recipe cook, or do you fly by the seat of your pants?
I love to be creative and fly by the seat of my pants most days! What i typically do is look at a recipe in a cookbook or online and then figure out some fun ways that I can change it around and personalize it!

1. What countries have you visited? Would you visit them again? Just Mexico. I've been twice!

2. Which was your favourite overall? I've only been out of the country to Mexico...so no other out of the country trips to compare it to!

3. Which was your favourite trip? My senior cruise when I was in high school. It was great to spend time with all of my friends.

4. Would you live in any of them longterm? I'm a Southern girl....I don't think I would be too happy living outside of Tennessee, but that's just me I love to visit new places, but my home will always be here!

We had her funeral on Monday. I was very close to her.

Both of my grandfather's passed away when I was younger (I was VERY close to my "Pop"...my grandad on my father's side. I miss him a lot). The only grandparent I have left now is my Granny (grandmother on my father's side.)

3. When you have a 'lazy' morning, how late do you sleep in? It honestly just depends on how late I stayed up the night before. I'm about to start working the night shift at the hospital for my clinicals...so I'm trying to stay up later and sleep in later at the moment.

4. Do you drive? Do you like to or is it a necessary evil? I drive. I live in Memphis though, and there are countless people here who should NOT be allowed to drive. I dislike almost being run off the road and hit on a constant basis, so I don't enjoy it! It's a necessary evil in my opinion. If I could have my own personal driver, that would be awesome

5. What is your first language? What others do you know - not necessarily fluently, but enough to be understood? English is my first language. Spanish is my second. I'm fluent in both.

6. How do you like your eggs cooked? Egg whites only, fried. (I put a pinch of milk, honey, butter, black peppercorn, garlic, and sea salt in mine...mix it together and then fry it.) I hate egg yolk

7. What is your favourite type of movie? Comedies & Romantic Comedies!!! (Dirty Dancing, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, The Hangover, Turner & Hootch, Meet the Fockers, You've Got Mail, The Proposal,...I could go on and on!!)

8. When you go to a movie do you stay to read the credits? Only if it looks interesting (The pictures/ credits for the ending of "The Hangover" were hilarious. If it's that kind of movie, I'll stay and read the credits...it it's not though, I'll typically leave)

No worries at all! I'm just happy that my Nannie is at peace now I love all of my grandparents (including the 3 in heaven and the 1 left), so I don't mind answering questions about them. They've all had a huge impact on my life in a good way! I know you didn't mean anything by that question

8.- favourite pop soda? I don't drink soft drinks (haven't had one in over 12 years.) I do however LOVE Sweet Tea!!

9.- Choose one would you prefer to watch Sunrise or Sunset and tell us why...... Sunset...I'm usually awake at that point and it's very relaxing to watch.

10.- Do you have a car? wich type is it?.... 2001 or 2002 (can't remember the year) Silver Mercury Sable. It's a piece of I'm greatful to have a car, but I wish mine didn't have soooooo many issues!! Especially not right now when I need to get my car tags renewed
