Today is the 3rd day of having MyRage(Mirage) at home with me. My beautiful baby kitty. I had to give her and 3 other cats up when I moved to Louisiana June 28th 2008.
Since things wen't bad for my bro and his fiance, 2 of the kitties I had to give up became homeless. After stressing for 3 days over it, DH said we could take my other 2 cats. The third cat (Myth) went to the shelter
I cry still. She wasn't happy in a multiple cat household and I used a full sheet of paper writing everything about here so her next owners knew her personality well.
Well, Mystyc (my almost 12 yr old calico) Moved with my brother in with one of his friends who lost his kitty to old age just a couple years ago. She moved yesterday, and immediately made a bed for herself on a recliner and took a nap.
My bro's friend fell in love with her, and I am so happy.
MyRage (Mirage) Moved in with me. She is the cat I was closest to, my familure so to speak. I am so happy to have her in my home again. She's super loving and so wonderful.
Shade is used to being spoiled only child, so she had to adjust, but Rage is her momma anyway. I know they will work out their differences. Shade is spoiled, and doesn't like having someone using her scratchers, and eating from her dishes. She'll get over it.
This morning, Shade came out of the bathroom, and Rage was poised behind something in the living room, doing the butt wiggle (So cute.) Rage jumped out infront of Shade, and Shade reacted playfully for a second.
That is so wonderful!! I'm happy that when we aren't home she will have somoene to socialize with now!! And it's her mommie!!
They were both on the bed last night, but Shade isn't ready to share her humans yet, so she got a little huffy. I know things will be fine.
