We are desperately trying to get the word out about Joey to find him a home(or even a decent foster would help in the short term).

We created a website for just this one cat to tell his story, give some information about him and let you meet him. We are trying to get the word out and the website address all over the place.

Please forward this to your friends, family, etc and ask them to do the same. Post to your Facebook status, Twitter, etc. I have spent all my free time this week trying to promote that site, we are getting interest and hits to the site but have not gotten any interest in adopting Joey.

If anyone has any other ideas on getting the word out about the site then please let me know, we are willing to try anything.

Awwwwww what a gorgeous cat, and a sad story! That's great you've gone to so much effort to find him a good home - and you're right, that lat home was not right for him.

I watched the video and he seems like a sweetheart Good luck, I hope you find something perfect for him soon.

Awww... Joey looks so much like my Jack. I am going to have to go home now and give Jack lots of hugs and kisses

Such a sweet boy will find a home in no time.

Thank you everyone for your kind words and well wishes - I am very glad I found this site. Other sites we are not having as good of luck as we had hoped.

Joey has lots of interest but he hasn't gotten a single email

We are continuing to try to get the word out there, as of this morning Joey has close to 300 unique visitors to his site but I think our goal needs to be into the 1,000s to find him the perfect home.

If anyone else has any ideas or connections please let me know, our next plan is to start writing up press releases and sending them to various papers, news orgs, etc.

He is beautiful and looks alot like my Speedboat who we just lost in January. I do hope you can find him a great forever home.
