First day with MyRage.

It's a bit strange to think of myself as having catS... Putting the S on cat...

Irony... Tonight out land lord came over. He's going out of town for something tomorrow, and was curious when we got paid so we could get him rent (So he would have more spending money)... First day with a second cat, and he stops by. DH Can't pick up his check until after the land lord will have left town, so we dropped him $60. He's a nice guy, he's concerned about urine smell. They just replaced all the floors and carpet in this house from the last renter who had chickens in the basement closet... !?!?!? She also had cats who didn't quite get the concept of a potty box.

Well... Day 1 over, Shade spent a lot of time in the basement, with Rage upstairs with us. Durring the game tonight, they both shared the basement with us. When they saw each other, Shade would hiss, then Rage would.

Shade really doesn't seem happy, tonight I will make sure she is in bed with us. There is now a potty box in the basement (A tub so she can do her stand n pee lol). We'll see how that goes.

Poor Rage keeps walking around the house meowing, I think she's looking for the bunnie (her friend) Or Mystyc, or maybe my bro and his former fiance... Well, she has us! I missed her so much. I find it almost hard to believe we have her again. Tonight DH said he would take one more cat but he refused to feed food... Meaning he didn't want a bunny. LoL. I don't want a bunny either really. I will just stick with my felines.

Well, day one over... Now to go to bed, and make sure Shade knows she is still the #1 baby of the house.

LoL Honestly... he stayed in the living room in the door way, and never came all the way in. Both the girls were downstairs with everyone else. He commented on the lights being off, and it being so hot in the house. We have the heater turned all the way down, and it gets so hot. The lights were off cuz nobody was upstairs, and it got dark while we were playing. I don't think he would say anything, if he did know. We take good care of our girls, so it won't be like his last tennant. (I don't mean to dis her but she has a hard time finding a place to live because she isn't very good at taking care of the places she rents.)

This morning they smelled each others faces, and touched noses. It seemed like Rage was going to start grooming her (Shade is her baby lol) and Shade hissed. Shade is looking all depressed and sad today. Last night Shade slept on the bed, and under the covers cuddling. I am making a point to split my attention between the two of them so Rage feels welcome and loved, and Shade isn't shoved aside.

I love Rage very much, IF I had to take her to the shelter, I was going to make a new account, and NOT use her name. I am so happy to have them both here. I would love to have Mystyc too, but I am excited she will be living with two bachellors, she likes men more then females really.
