Morning folks!

It is my little neice's 10th birthday today, HAPPY BIRTHDAY KENDRA!

My mom and stepdad are going to visit her and I am sending her gift along with them...have to buy it first though

Off to work in a bit...then to cardio fusion class. Or better known as whip my butt into shape class. It is so hard!

Morning!

Happy Birthday, Kendra!

8-10 inches of the white stuff headed our way, starting this afternoon and lasting into tomorrow afternoon. Yay....not. I contacted our snowplow guy as there's no way I'm going to be able to clean the driveway by myself. He's coming late Wednesday afternoon. I'll work on the sidewalks and cleaning my car out, cleaning around the mailbox, etc. I am not amused.

Homework and a test tonight. One more lesson after this one, then we're done with the class.

I'm heading out to work in a few. Hopefully I can get a few things done today. We're far enough south here that we're just going to be getting a lot of rain. After seeing all the pictures of the huge snows around DC, I'm OK with that. After work, I'm going to try to get by the gym. I've been slacking off lately and it's time to get back to it.

Not too much going on here today at all other than work. Tonight I'll have a workout and then curl up with Dana and watch The Biggest Loser. Exciting life I lead.

Wow! I'm on here early enough to post in this thread!

More snow headed our way too. As I posted in my thread last night; I could just cry. Tressa and I are waiting for my step-dad to come get us to weather the storm at their house since it's more likely that we'll loose power here than there. DH is going to stay home with the kitties this time. I'm going to miss DH and the girls terribly. But baby's safety comes first of course.

We need to get to the grocery store before it hits though. Hope they have food left on the shelves after this last weekend and now people getting ready for the next round!

Morning, barely!

Yes, to all the east coasters, be safe in the next storm!!! My mom in eastern PA said they're supposed to get anywhere between 12-30 inches or something silly. We're supposed to get rain and thunder showers starting this afternoon into tomorrow. It just really cracks me up how RAIN cripples LA like a blizzard cripples normal places.

Anyway, I am going to make a mushroom-bean soup for dinner tonight. I need to go get some mushrooms though. Maybe some crusty bread too.

And though she probably won't read this- best wishes to Snake_Lady with her hand surgery!!!

Thank you, we are so far getting between 6" to 1 foot of snow. Went grocery shopping today and went to the library to bring back my James Patterson book and have two more books to read so I am set up with food and books cuz I doubt I will be getting out the door in the next few days.
