Morning peeps!

Welp, we had a wonderful weekend filled with lots of accomplishments! I love that type of weekend!

I made homemade carrot ginger soup for a soup drive at work today..it tastes soooo good!

Next weekend is a long one thank goodness!

Off to work in a bit, and then to the gym tonight.

Good morning!

Bright and sunny this morning. But it's about 15 degrees or so. And breezy. Going to be a cold walk over lunch today.

I put in for vacation days for Wed and Thurs. Since DH is away, I'm responsible for driveway, sidewalk, etc clean-up from snow. And we're to get hit Tues night into Wed night, possibly with a major storm again. It will take me forever to clean out the driveway, probably most of the day on Wednesday. If need be, I'll have Thursday to finish up. Our driveway isn't all that long, but it is steep. I'll just take my time. We do have a driveway guy, but he's starting to really charge a very high price, especially considering he only comes from his house, about two miles away, comes up the driveway, turns around, and does one swoop. But we'll see; DH told me to call the guy, if I don't think I can clear it myself. Because of my back problems, we tend to play it safe.

Have a good Monday....don't work too hard.

Wow am I ever cranky today... I have a bad case of the Monday blahs.

It's been insane at work all morning and I'd much rather be home in bed.

Just another day here. I want to get a good workout in this evening and hopefully do some reading. Hope you all enjoy your day!

Hey all!

Late posting here today but better late than never right.

I think there is some sort of virus going around...ick. I am drinking fluids and washing my hands like crazy and taking my vits. Hope to avoid the big sickness even though I have had a headache for three days now and stomach issues.

Going to be getting snow also! Probably wednesday. No one else shovels where I live so I better get my rock salt and shovel ready.

So, pretty blah Monday. But looking forward to a nice long weekend this weekend. Woo-Hoo!

Good afternoon, good evening, whatever it is at 5PM. Or whatever time it is at your house..

I had a relatively productive day today, got some errands done, and I think I finally might have my COBRA stuff sorted out. I think. I hope.

I looked at new phones at the Verizon store because my 3+ year old LG Chocolate is on its last legs, but I still like it so I've been putting off getting a new phone. Last Wednesday I found my charger cord was split open somehow, but was still working, but that certainly doesn't seem safe to have exposed wire so I taped it with electrical tape and then it wouldn't work anymore!!

So I've been charging my phone in my car. And so it's time to bite the bullet and get and learn a new phone.

No plans for this evening besides finishing up laundry. Fun times!!
