I think this ABSOULTLY qualifies as a time to call the vet, or ER vet if yours is closed on the weekends.

Please keep us posted!

Yes ER vet now! No reason to risk it!

my problem is the only vet I have found that is open is 3 hours from my house... I am still looking but stressing her with such a long drive would probably be the end of her

my best advice would be to at least call that vet and see what they advice.. a phone call is free, and at least more professional advice than what you will get on an internet forum.

none of your local vets have an emergency number? One of our local vet will take emergency cases for their clients only.

I think your cat needs to be seen by a vet. When something so strange is going on, it is a long time until Monday.

I'm not sure - have you called the vet? I would get her checked out as soon as you can. Hope she's ok.

That was how the seizures that resulted in having a local stray PTS started, if a local vet won't see her today the drive might be less stressful for her if you cover her carrier en route. Why does something always happen on a weekend?

You need the vet now.
My manx died having a seizure.
Keep looking for a closer vet and call around.
