Classic Barack @ :09 in the video.
Looks like Obama was looking over Hilary's head.

I haven't noticed his nose in air. What I notice is that he will look down, look to one side of the room, look down, look to the other side of the room. That is what drives me nuts.

I don't give a hang that he dresses casually. I never even paid attention to that to tell you the truth. We are a very casual country these days. I've always said that I personally do better work when I'm dressed comfortably, and presumably the same must be true for the president.

Frankly, I don't want a "regular guy" for my president. I think he should be a step or two above a regular guy. This business of voting for someone because you would like to hang out and have a beer with him never made any sense to me at all.

I know that you should vote but I have yet to agree with any candidate that I would actually want them in office. I wont vote until there is someone who I feel I agree with on atleast 75% of what they do. I dont care how the President dresses he could run around in sweats and a hoodie and still do his job. I just hope that someone gets off their butt to help the economy and stop repeatedly bailing out businesses that screwed themselves. There are so many businesses that have gone out of business in my area that its impossible to find a job because so many people are scrounging up whatever they can. I just want things fixed especially since my area is like so many others in the country....we are screwed right now!

I swear our cats could do a better job running this country than the people we have elected!!!

The thing is, if you don't vote, you are allowing other people to make a choice for you. Therefore, you can't complain about the outcome. One of the problems is that anyone who could really dig in and get this country turned around would have no interest at all in running for office. The people who run for office are career politicians who pretty much are only concerned with raising money and positioning themselves / their party to win the next election. I'm sure there are exceptions, but they are in the minority, IMO.

Perhaps if its a montage, whoever put the video together (I didn't watch it) was looking for amunition to be able to declare that he has his "nose in the air?" You can't base an entire argument on a montage video clip.

I've watched most of his speeches, and I've seen him in person. He comes across as intelligent, which a lot of people mistake for arrogance.

Well, since you didn't view the video that is only a few minutes long you can't know and I don't think that is why the video was made, lol. THe only reason I posted it was because of the picture in the video at .09 seconds in, so if you can find the time, watch the first ten seconds. It was the first picture I found that shows Barack's nose in the air.

It's not a big deal, it is just a picture as an example of what I was talking about since so many people Said they had never noticed Barack looking down his nose at the masses.

I didnt vote for the Presidential election because when the pirmaries came around (I think thats what they are called) I voted for Clinton and when our current President won I didnt vote for him because I didnt feel that just because he was in the same party that I should vote for him. I def wasnt voting for McCain either so based on that I didnt vote. I realize that I let other people make the decision for me however I would still prefer who we have in office now rather than McCain. But like I said I just hope that someone gets off their butts and helps the economy. We need a major boost right now!

It always make me sad when people say they could never vote for John McCain. John McCain has served his country his entire life.

How anyone could perfer Barack, a rookie with no experience to John McCain still boggles my mind.

I didn't watch it because I was at work and Youtube is blocked. I've just watched it and I honestly didn't see anything that would lead me to believe he's a snob. He's confident, and he's intelligent. Who knows what he might have been looking at in the picture in the first 10 seconds?

I definitely don't agree with Obama on everything, and I think he's totally mishandled the health care issue, but I honestly don't see what people are talking about in calling him an elitist. But, since I don't know him and have never met him, who knows.

This comment is not about John McCain specifically, but someone can serve his country honorably and still not be the right person to lead this country.

I have seen him with his nose in the air before, and regardless of what the person creating the montage meant to show, the photos must be there to show it with,

However, try having a camera follow your every move and not be photographed doing something / everything at some point... I wouldn't hold it against him, his attitude is more than just how he holds his head, its about what he says and does as well

I think not wearing a tie and rolling the sleeves up symbolizes him working really hard, another way of showing he isn't afraid to "get his hands dirty"

Ut0pia, I think that, just, may be the biggest Freudian slip of all times.

Subconsciously, that IS how you meant it.
