More bed whizzing!

Another chronic pee on bed question. I think I know cats but help me come up with a plan of action pls!

Okay, @ age of 7mos Aya started peeing on my bed after a few incidents I took her to the Vet who diagnosed a UTI twice and gave her two courses of anitbiotics before putting her on prescription food. She chose all-wet CD as her diet of limited choice.

I added a second litter box (hard to do in a studio apt.) One is behind the toilet in the toilet room and the second is a hooded box next to the TV in the living room. There is really no other place for them. The boxes get changed and washed down once a week either sunday or Weds night (before garbage day) and scooped every 2nd day in between

She's been good at eating the CD. I got her to go nearly 2-3 months without an incident. Occassionally since then about once every two to three weeks we have an accident, always on my bed. The bed is permanently covered with a tarp, or blue sheet when I'm not on it. up until last week she never peed under the sheet. The tarp is replaced after she pees on it a couple of times. and otherwise thoroughly cleaned with enzyme cleaner (I'm now out of this as my mom has to send it at great expense from the USA. She might scoot it off and pee on the edge or on top of it but has not until last week started .

Last week she started a bout of really wanting to pee on my bed. She peed on the tarp twice and under it once. I took her back to the vet who said her urine looked normal. So, with a lot of translation we agreed that its behavioral. I've replaced all my bedding several times including last week, she has since peed on it several times and is now willing to pee under the tarp which has also just been replaced.

What can I do?Ii can and have dealt with her peeing once a month or so, but peeing once or twice a day on the bed I just can't take. I don't have a washer or a place for one.

I can't find enzyme cleaner, plastic bedcovers, or cat attract litter here.

I'm thinking of a few things:

Replacing my matress and bed for a western style off the floor bed.

The cats in the neighborhood all seem to be horny @ night, could this be causing it? My AC is off since November and the window is cracked open as I've been having allergy issues indoors.

I recently changed the side of the window that is open as Aya has demo-ed the screen on the other side.

It is also possible that she has developed another UTI.

I was going to offer suggestions, but you can't get them there. Is she spayed?

Spayed and Weds after she did it twice I scooped up a fresh sample (she did it on tht tarp that time and took it and her to the Vet.

No signs of UTI. Her urine looked good, which I guess means the food is working. so after much translation (Vet speaks Japanese only, of which I understand some) we agreed it was most likely behavioral. Of course his attitude was like 'cats do this sometimes'.

Since late November my AC is off and my windows are open we do have an enormous feral population here. and I've been hearing cats calling at night, I think horny ? cats. could this be disturbing her? I have been having allergy issues in my apt. and am loath to close the windows entirely even though it is cold.
